Are you looking to advance your technical skills to the next level?
We are a Midtown based IT consulting and support firm who is looking for a talented Help Desk Technician to add to our elite team.

Position: Help Desk Technician
Type: Temp to Perm – 40hrs per week
Description: The Help Desk Technician will be part of the team serving as the primary point of contact for end user support.
Responsibilities:
• Field end user support calls from various client sites.
• Log information into trouble ticketing system.
• Provide remote control and phone assistance to resolve user issues.
• Windows and Exchange account administration.
• Perform server and workstation patch updates for client site via remote deployment software.
• Perform daily log review for servers and backup systems.
• Monitor client networks using enterprise monitoring software.
• Build install new PCs and Blackberries as needed.
• Provide onsite support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2-3 Years Relevant Industry Experience
• Blackberry PDA, XP, Outlook, and Active Directory Experience
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Desired Skills:
• MCSA or MCSE certification
• MAC experience
